Rlaarlo Omni Terminator Roll Cage

I wanted to challenge myself with this CAD design and see if I could make a roll cage for my RC. The roll cage needs to be printed with some impact resistant material.

Recommend materials:

• TPU with high hardness like 95A or maybe shore D range.
• HIPS  
• ASA, ABS
• Maybe PETG if it's your last resort

Avoid PLA as it is too brittle and will crack easily. I highly recommend TPU for its ultra good layer adhesion to print it in the orientation that it was designed for.

BOM:

• 4xM3 heat inserts (5mmx4.5mm or 4.6mm x 5.7mm)
• 4xM3 8mm bolt (to join the 3 models with the heat inserts)
• 4xM2.5 16mm bolt (for the top cabin cage)
• 4xM2.5 8mm for the front bumper
• 2xM2.5 6mm or maybe 8mm for the rear spoiler

Printing:

• Use higher than normal temp to improve layer bonding
• Print each model separate (or in by object sequential) to maximize heat between layers for better bonding
• Supports are only needed for the front cage
• 3 layer wall, 3 bottom, 3 top, 10-15% infill (don't go crazy here to keep weight down as much as possible, but don't go too light so its weak)
