Sovol SV08 rear fan relocation shroud for stealthchanger implementation.

If you are implementing a toolchanger using the stock SV08 toolhead, the rear located fan would need removing since it gets in the way when docking/undocking the head. This cowl allows the rear fan to retained by rotating it out of the way.
