Description
This part broke on my fridge and i made a replacement part suitable to be printed in FDM printers w/o supports.
The part secures the handle through the connector's flexibility. I printed it in PLA with max infill for enough give. Avoid strong and brittle materials (PETG or similar) as it may make the part too stiff, increasing the risk of breakage or needing excessive force that could scratch the fridge during handle insertion.
When installing, take care to avoid overtightening the screws, as doing so may cause the part to crack.
For successful printing, orient the part with the clip facing upwards.
I found that eSun's recycled PLA, at 100% infill, produced satisfactory results for this part.
