Civic EG & Del Sol Clutch Safety Switch Stopper (Upper)

This is a custom upper clutch safety switch stopper that has a slot on the bottom to attach a flat head screwdriver to so you can easily install it without having to remove the clutch pedal assembly! 

There are two files to choose from, one with a clip that goes into the stock stopper hole (Shown) and an alternate version with no clip, this is for if anyone has any trouble installing the other version you can just put double stick tape to this one and stick it into place. 

NOTE, glue is not necessary since it has a modeled clip, but I recommend putting some on anyway for an extra secure connection and longevity. 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove clutch master cylinder cotter pin and main pin so pedal moves freely
2. Attach long flathead screwdriver into bottom of stopper slot
3. Reach stopper up into place between switch button and pedal stopper hole
4. While keeping stopper in place with screwdriver, move clutch pedal toward firewall to pinch it between switch button and pedal stopper hole (apply a bit of pressure to clutch pedal to set stopper into place)
5. Now just remove the screwdriver then reattach clutch master pin and cotter pin and you're done!

PRINTER SETTINGS:

Any hard filament, but PETG or equivalent strength recommended

No supports needed but it will need brim on bottom to stick better (it's printed vertically)

.2 or .24 layer height is fine
