Description
This is my exhaust hose adapter for the Core One. (There are many like it, but this one is mine).
It is fairly short, 3.7cm and it for hooking up a 4in exhaust hose. There is an internal round at the mouth of the adapter and a 1mm flair for gripping onto the hose. The width of the clamp ring is 1.5cm which accommodates my standard hose clamps perfectly.
I have printed both the adapter and gasket which extends .4mm past the base. Upon tightening the bolts, it should make a decent seal. Note, the gasket doesn't sit deep in the channel. It is there to center the gasket and hold it well enough so it won't slip during installation.
I don't have the Core One yet, so it is untested, but it hooks up to my exhaust hose nicely. For my hose, I needed .5in foam tape to help with the seal.

0.2 LH, 15% Gyroid, No support
My protype is in PLA, but I suggest you print it in PETG if you can. The gasket can likely also be printed in PETG, but TPU would probably be best.
Because of how the bridging works in PS, it generated long bridges along the short axis of the channel for the gasket. I turned on “thick bridges” for this and it worked well. YMMV
