Description
You need to print 2x of both the top and bottom clamping plates. Bolt a set of blocks to each end of your belt using 10-32 hardware, and then use longer 10-32 bolts to pull the two blocks together. Washers recommended to help distribute the force. We printed them in PLA-CF on our Bambu X1C's, other materials will likely work, but with varying durability. For FRC 2025 we used these on our elevator until they busted when the robot tried to climb L4 on accident. These are great for early designs, we eventually transitioned to Last Anvil's tensioning blocks for more long term durability.
These parts are designed for 15mm wide belts, but should also work on 9mm belts. I'm looking to make other sizes in the off season
