Description
The original models were AI assisted so I've left the AI tag on these as well (despite the main change here being adding the unicorn horn and optimizing for print). I've added the STL file for the unicorn horn in case anyone else wants a quick asset like this to boolean onto other models.
I've been working on snake models recently and AI doesn't really do snake bodies very well so I was looking at ways to make those in blender which led me down a spiral rabbit hole. This was a pretty neat exercise which had me looking into curve modifiers with mixed results and then I actually watched the turtorials all the way through (instead of watching 2 minutes and then trying to muddle my way through) and found that curves in Blender can have a bevel applied to them making for much smoother curved surfaces. So in typical Adamnant fashion I took a break from snakes in order to do unicorn. My Horse #2 model was half finished so this was a good opportunity to fix that model up and publish it into the horse collection. Then I made a unicorn horn that I was happy with and added it to each of the models (excluding James Baxter but maybe he should have one too idk...)
So anyways - here are a couple unicorns and ride-able variants.
Looking at the renders both Unicorns look tired or annoyed which seems like it's lore accurate.
