Description

What is it?

Replacement straps for 3M gas mask. Two pieces printed out of flexible filament.

I used extrudr TPU medium flex filament.

Why make it?

Originals broke.

BOM
  1. Strap side with pockets
  2. Strap side with pads
Tools

Super glue

Assembly
  1. Align both strap ends
  2. Add glue on both straps
  3. Insert the band
  4. Squeeze until glue is set
  5. Repeat for the other side
