Ernesto Smart Thermos Cap Sleeve (Lidl) – Battery Access Replacement

This is a 3D-printed replacement sleeve for the Ernesto smart thermos sold by Lidl, which features a digital thermometer integrated into the lid.

The original cap uses a press-fit metal cover that must be removed in order to access the battery. This process is usually difficult and risks damaging the original piece.

This printed sleeve replaces the metal cover, making battery replacement much easier, while preserving the lid’s functionality and appearance. The fit is tight enough to stay in place, but designed to allow easier removal without tools.

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Wall thickness: 1.2 mm or more for durability
• Infill: ~20%
