F. Dick Folding Knife – Bakelite Handle Replacement

This is a 3D-printed replacement handle for the iconic F. Dick folding knife with a stailness still blade and frame with bakelite grip.

The model is a faithful replica of the original bakelite handle, and installs exactly the same way: via press-fit, with no glue required. Once inserted, it stays firmly in place and provides excellent handling, just like the factory version.

Thanks to 3D printing, the part can be easily customized in color, and the natural texture of the printed layers even improves grip during use. A functional upgrade for users who want to repair or personalize their knife without compromising on usability.

• Material: PETG or ABS (for heat and durability)
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 100% recommended
• Supports: not needed if printed flat
