Included are 5 versions, the only difference is the height under the foot.  2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, & 10mm options.  

I used the 3mm version for my shelves and it works great.  Print the base with solid infill, all walls, or a high number of top/bottom layers to make it solid under the foot.  Print in TPU (95a is what I used, another flexible filament may work just as well)
