Description
I needed a case for my ATU-100 kit, and @Nikdfish's was almost what I was looking for. So, starting from there, I made some customizations. Thanks @Nikdfish!
Aside from the printed parts, you'll need 8x 16mm M3 screws, 4x 8mm M3 screws, and 2x 8mm M2 screws for the case, board, and display respectively. They don't have to be exactly this length, they're just what I used.
I purchased my ATU-100 kit from AliExpress. I did not use the power switch or SMA connectors. I added two 12mm buttons to go along with the 13mm button included with the kit, as well as two BNC connectors. For power, I modified a USB-PD trigger board module by removing the switches, soldering jumpers to set the voltage to 12V, and soldering it directly to the ATU-100 board. The module is push fit into a slot on the back cover of the enclosure.
In addition to the changes made to accommodate my modified hardware, I made a number of small adjustments to @Nikdfish's case to improve printability and usability, fix clearance issues, and more securely hold the display.
If this also isn't exactly what you're looking for, I've included the Fusion file. If you'd like it exported in another format, don't hesitate to reach out to me!
Your default print settings and favourite filaments will likely work. I printed the top and bottom in PLA and end covers in PETG, all at a 0.2mm layer height. I did add supports for the covers but only in the screw recesses - I found they came out messy (but admittedly completely usable) without.
