Build Plate for Raspberry Pi's

I needed a way for students to have access to a Raspberry PI and control an external fan.  Build up a build plate for any PI, and in addition it can have an NVME board connected, or any hat for that matter.  Added in a mount for a fan

Versions

There are two versions:

• V1 - Support for just the Pi and any hat or other board connected to the Pi
• V2 - Support for the Pi and a board I got from GeekPi to being the Video to the front of the PI.  I like this board as it supports both the RPI4 and RPI5.

Additional Hardware:

• Noctua NF-A6x25 5v PWM fan
• GeekPi Micro HDMI to HDMI adapter board 
• Pimoroni NVMe Base
• Various Standoffs and screws
