XL Lightened Dwarf Cover Door w/ idler screw access channel

The dwarf cover door replacement for Original Prusa XL that reduces weight and allows you to adjust the idler screws without opening the dwarf cover door.

Print with setting recommended by Prusa, e.g.: For 0.4 nozzle and from PETG, use 0.20mm STRUCTURAL, 15% Grid infill.  I used a 4mm brim but it might not be needed. Prints in same orientation as original with no supports.
