Description
Based on earlier ideas and downloads I created a FEP tensioner for Elegoo Mars 4 Ultra. This fits build plates 95x160mm.
Designed with TinkerCad, printed on my BambuLab A1 with AMS lite with PETG. Variable layer height.
After printing, resp. before first use it may be not a bad idea to grind and smooth (sand paper) the areas that come in touch with the FEB, so you avoid scratches. A last touch of clear coat would not hurt at all.
