Typhoon shroud K1 Series - D3vil Design

PRINT SETTING :

i prefere ASA or ABS  use what you think best for your setup .. i usually use 3-3-3 or 4-4-4 depending on the part am printing .. use as you see fit ..
i made the face flat to be able to print it and get the pattern to make it look good 
- the red color .. is only one color change ... at specific layer where the Logo starts .. and back to Black. 

NOTE:

1- The blower "Screw ears" should be cut-off to fit the shroud and the front cover should be removed ( like the voron SB shroud ) as you can see the blower with the screw holes cant be fitted within the shroud.. Please take care when cutting the holes as the Typhoon have a solid piece and not hollow .. so it wont be like other blowers.

2- Adding the 5015 Typhoon at the top it will be very close to the Toolhead cabel connector … The cabels should be rearranged as in this image below :

this will allhow to free more space behind the blower… Make sure you dont damage the wires . 

The design started with 2 → 4 Duct .. it was restrecting the flow from the Typhoon .. so i changed it to 2→6 ducts allowed me to get more air speed / flow .. but i feel there is still more could be done to refine this.
