Description
This Thing is a caster set that attaches to the frame of the DeWalt DWX726 miter saw stand. As delivered this stand requires that you fold it up to easily move the saw. If you want to move the saw with the stand opened, you must drag it on two fixed bumpers. This is not very convenient because the saw and stand are quite heavy. This Thing allows you to easily roll the saw around and to then lock the wheels when you have it in place. This is the information on the miter saw stand which can be used with any miter saw.

The 3D Printed wheel carriage is designed to accept 2" casters, one locking and one non locking. You'll need two pairs, one for each side of the frame. Once you print the brackets, attach the wheels with screws and slide them on to the saw stand after removing the original fixed bumpers. You may optionally attaching them by drilling a hole through the top of the bracket into the leg of the miter saw stand. Either thread the stand or attach with a nut.
This is the information for the casters. You'll need two locking and two non-locking 2" casters. https://www.amazon.com/Online-Best-Service-Caster-Polyurethane/dp/B01HN0IA1U
The hubcap is optional and was not included in the bracket design because it would have created a right and left hand bracket. If you like them, they can be glued on the end of the bracket.
I suggest printing all parts with ABS and with 5-8 walls and 25% infill. It needs to be strong and this should do the job.
