Description

A tiny runout sensor designed to mount directly to a BMG extruder. It uses a Omron D2F microswitch,  a 5.5 mm steel ball and a ECAS bowden collet. 

 

BOM:

  • 1x 5.5mm ball bearing
  • 1x Omrom D2F microswitch or similar. 
  • 1x ECAS04 fittings (remove the end rubber part, see picture)
  • 2x M2x12mm socket head cap screws
  • 1x BMG extruder (remove the circular metal end)
