I have a few of these in my backlog. AI doesn't do snake bodies very well so many of these will have the AI generated head and a a bezier curve body and sculpting, some might just have sculpting but I think this will be uncommon. The goal here is to have some giant snakes and swarms of regular snakes here and maybe some Sneks as some derpy looking ones are bound to "snek" through my rigorous quality control practices. So far just giant snakes tho.
Snakes in this collection:
- Snake Giant #2 - a snake looped into an infinity symbol with a tongue sticking out, can be printed straight up on FDM with minimal supports (8%) but watch out for its tongue!
- Snake Giant #3 - Coiled - a coiled up snake, I used spiral curve for this body and then grabbed the head from snake #3 in my backlog which had a neat pose but a mangled, unusable tail
- Snake Giant #3 - Turning - I tried to recreate the original pose with curves and then added the head back on. I spent a TON of time on this trying to get textured snake scales on as well with mixed results - I think I need to sculpt the head as well in order to make this work or have more of a uniform geometry otherwise the textures don't blend nicely into its head (Also teeth and eyes should be added AFTER materials womp womp) - overall pretty happy with this one but will try another soon :)
