Harbor Freight (Voyager) Tool Box Tray

This is a top tray for the Harbor Freight (Voyager) toolbox B that comes in the 4 pack of nesting toolboxes set, it's the second size down from the largest one. I made it because the two largest tool boxes in the set don't come with a tray. You may also be able to scale this tray to fit other toolbox brands but you'll have to check the shapes to be sure it would fit. Glue is needed for this because you have to print the two sides separately since it won't all fit on a print bed, I modeled locating prongs and holes to make it easy to glue and connect.

PRINT SETTINGS:

Any hard filament will work

.28 layer height for speed and strength

Supports needed for male side of the tray, tree slim works good. 

You'll have to glue the two sides together after printing (the whole thing is too large for print beds). I used JB Weld Plastic Bond for max strength, but you should be able to also use super glue.
