Description
Prusas "MMU3 Core One holder Lite version " solution isnt ideal. I dont like that with the Lite version, you need to remove the MMU every time you want to print something that requires the printer to be enclosed.
So i made a holder from scracth, but with a few things in mind.
So my “must be compatible” list was this:
Can you put back the top panel without removing the MMU? - ✔
Magnetic Top Cover compatibility - ✔
Uppatvind Filter Landscape compatibility - ✔
Prusa suggested 450mm PTFE tube compatibility - ✔
With this holder, you can just remove the top panel, turn on the MMU in the menu, unplug the Core one PTFE, then plug the MMU PTFE tube, print.
And if you need to print with ASA/ABS/PC, just remove the MMU PTFE tube, put back the Core One PTFE tube, turn the MMU off in the menu and use it as normal.
Two version available:
HexNut slot and SquareNut slot.
There is no left or right part, i made the holes in “two position” style.
I'll test it as much as i can and if there is an update to the model, the title will inform you.
Have fun with your MMU3!
