Description
This is another free 3D model made available for you. I love sharing my models, but designing, testing, polishing, uploading and maintaining them is a lot of work. In case you enjoy this model, please leave a small Donation or Buy me a Coffee. Thank you!
These boxes fit behind a Defender 90's rear seats and help you to stay organized. I have designed them for a 2013 Defender 90 TD4. They may fit into other models like the 110 too. Please leave a comment in case you tested that.
The box for the right side has a cut-out that matches the recess at the fuel filler neck.
I have split the left and right boxes into two parts each. Otherwise, you'd need a lot of filament for support structures. Once printed, you can join them using a snap in plus two M3 screws.
The parts are printed in “natural" orientation, rotate the STLs so they are oriented like shown in the slicer photos. Use “Support in built plate only” and organic support. You can safe a small amount of filament by blocking support for the angled side of the smaller pieces. See the slicer photo again.
NB: the big parts are still quite large. I used a Prusa XL to print it.
Designed to be printed using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layers, PLA or PETG.
