Description
Is your 3D printer turning your desk into a giant speaker box?
Vibrations from the printer often transfer to furniture – especially chipboard desks – amplifying noise dramatically.
This simple set of anti-vibration feet fits under standard PRUSA printer feet (MK3, MK4, MINI, etc.).
Just place your printer on these feet and apply a 9 mm K-Flex rubber insulation pad underneath. This is the same closed-cell rubber used to thermally insulate cooling pipes.
📉 In my case, on a chipboard desk, I measured:
➡ ~20 dBA noise reduction
📦 Features:
Drop-in design – no modifications to printer
Fits all 4 corners
Compact and stable
Effectively reduces vibration transfer
🔧 Print settings:
Material: PETG (recommended), PLA works too
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 30% or more
Supports: not needed
Pad: 9 mm K-Flex rubber or similar
