Description
Print your own Vindication, a sleek and powerful revolver from Brandon Sanderson's Wax and Wayne series!
DISCLAIMER!
I have a very, very limited 3D modeling knowledge, and this is the first time I've tried to make something slightly more complicated. I also have no knowledge of guns. Please let me know if there is anything I need to work on or improve!
ASSEMBLY PROCESS
I'm very sorry for this, but superglue is required for assembly. I tried to figure out how to make it glueless, but I have absolutely no idea how to do that. None of the files need supports.
Print both of the handle halves, the handle supports, and the supports. There are indents on both halves where you can put the supports. These are mostly for alignment and stability.
Before gluing, remember to put the cylinder in its designated spot in between the handles. It should be a fairly loose connection.
Apply the super glue (or fantastic adhesive) on wherever you feel necessary, I haven't determined the best areas yet. If you have a clamp, that would help apply even pressure throughout drying.
Print the barrel and the supports and place the supports in the holes in the barrel or in the gun handles. This part will definitely need some fantastic adhesive to hold it up. Yet again, just apply glue where you deem necessary.
Feel free to paint or modify the prop as much as you want!

HISTORY
I was in class bored and was wondering if I could design something cool, something that would test my abilities, so I decided to make Vindication, as I was reading the books at the time. I first drew a 2d drawing and then made it 3d, which is a huge oversimplification. After I printed and painted the final model, I accidentally left it in a car in 103 degree heat. It melted nice and good, so I had to make another one.
