I cannot put the brand here because of policy of the page.
Catalog number for this part: 296230 (at least I found that number on the back of the part).

This part is currently not available on the market.
I drew a model in Fusion360 measuring the original part. The printed element easily fits into its place - the picture shows the mounted part.
