Dremel PCB-Depaneling Addon

Hi,

a work we have to depanel PCB panels almost daily. One day last year our machine broke down but an important job could not wait. So I designed this little dremel addon for an improvised depaneling process.

• the cutting side is on the right side (see 2nd picture)
• designed for a 1,20 mm milling bit 
• min. slot width is ~ 1,75 mm
• the addon should fit on every Dremel (unless there are different threads) … it fits definitively on a Dremel “Model 300” & “Model 4250”
• depending on the slot size and milling bit the result is not perfect but it will be a much better solution than breaking the panel by hand or using a side cutter

my print settings:
- 0,4 nozzle @ 0,2 mm layer height
- 4 walls, 4 solid Layers Top and Bot
- 15 % gyroid infill
- material: PLA 
- supports: no
- brim: yes, 10 mm
- print time: 33 min on my prusa MK4
