Description
This model has been printed and fit-tested, but was abandoned. It might need refinement, and won't have detailed instructions.
The CORE One suggests having the top exhaust open for PLA and PETG, and I had the thought of adding a top filter. I fully designed and printed a functional model, but decided to not continue due to the fan being loud.
This is designed to use Alveo3D's Prusa filter and generic 120mm 24V blower fans (non-server 92mm fans are not high-pressure enough). It is expected to be used with the Core One Magnetic Top Cover. All sections except the side mounts are either held on with 10x3mm magnets or the weight of the above modules. The filter is also optional if a more aggressive top exhaust is desired.
From my non-scientific testing with PETG, the chamber reaches 31oC stock and 28oC with the filter.
All parts are intended to be printed in PETG with their default orientations, but a mix of PLA and PETG was used for testing.
