Neptune 4 UBBI Filament guide with sensor

HARDWARE

• 2 M4x8 BHCS

• 1 M3x20 BHCS

REUSED PARTS

• Optical endstop board

• F(find out what it is) bearing

• 3x10mm axle

• Spring

INSTALLATION

1. Disassemble the stock filament sensor and set aside all the parts listed above

2. Insert the bearing in the pivot arm and lock it in place with the axle

3. Insert the pivot arm into the main body and lock it in with a piece of filament 

4. Insert the board

5. Close the lid and keep it in place with the M3x20 BHCS

6. Insert a piece of transparent filament in the hole where the led is to diffuse the light
