Description
I have been using that design for a while to have different size tables easy to put up and store.
The table legs have a slot to slide in and out of the clamp. This allows putting and removing the legs without having to take the bolt/nut off. Just loosen the nut and the legs slide out.
The 2 sides of the clamps are identical. Prints without support.
The bolt is a “DIN 603 - mushroom head square neck bolt” and on the other side a regular hexnut and wacher is used to tighten the clamp.
Each side of the clamp is mounted to the tabletop with 2 screws.
The length of the bolt should be chosen to suit the thickness of the legs to clamp.
As a wheel nut, I am using this butterfly nut for M6:
