Description
This is a 3D-printable drill adapter for Hammer / Felder machine adjustment hand wheels. It fits over the adjustment handwheel (also called the table lift wheel, hand crank or dial) and allows you to quickly adjust the machine using a (non -impact) power drill with a 1/4" hex bit.
I use it for my Hammer A3-31 jointer-plainer, but this dial is used in multiple models.
🔧 Features:
📦 Print Info:
I printed in PETG
🛠 Assembly:
Simply epoxy in an old ¼ bit with 5 minute epoxy.
The model has a small exces drainage hole, so just put a liberal amount of epoxy in, and place a towel under the adapter to catch the exces epoxy dripping out when inserting the ¼ bit.
Perfect for anyone who loves their Hammer Felder machine but hates cranking the adjustment wheel all day!
Going to fast while adjusting might not be a good idea. Use a drill that has a slip-clutch system to ensure you don't damage your machine.
