Description
Two flavours are provided:
With screws holes and a rear port for the power cable, intended for mounting directly to the case (eg. Gaggia Baby, or other machines made of less magnetic, or nonmagnetic material)
With 6mm holes for magnets in the back and a side port for the power cable, intended for mounting with magnets to a steel chassis (eg. Gaggia Classic or Classic Pro).
If you'd like to mix and match features or make adjustments, feel free to edit the provided SCAD file.
Countersunk screw channels are intended for #6 flat heat screws (US standard 82 degree chamfer).
Magnet holes are intended for round neodymium magnets (6mm diameter, 4mm thick); you may have to heat the plastic or glue the magnets in, depending on print material shrinkage.
Also included is a dwg file if you'd like to laser-cut or CNC a replacement face plate with matching screw holes for the Gaggia New Baby. File is in inches, sorry!
