END CAP FOR 24.5MM TUBING - 1.3 MM WALL THICKNESS

 If you have a pipe or tube with a 24.5mm  OD and a 21.7mm ID, this will work for you!  

I'd recommend printing in PETG but I've used PLA in similar situations and had no problems.
