Description
The clips on these dual hose portable air conditioners are notorious for breaking. This is a solution that saves you buying a whole replacement hose/interface for your Danby or Midea A/C. The clips can be retrofitted to any A/C hose bracket really since all they need for installation is 1 self-tapping plastic screw (3-3.5mm). One of the pictures shows the original molded clip.
They are adjustable so you can chose how snug your hose bracket fits to the window/panel which means you can choose to use it with thicker panels than what the factory clips are designed for. The clips snap in and out of the window panel so easily that I simply broke off the last surviving factory clip and I installed 4x of the new ones.
