Voron V0.1 ADXL345 Mini Afterburner Mount

This fits the popular ADXL345 module that measures approximately 20.2mm x 15.5mm with eight pins along one long edge and two M3 screw holes on the opposite edge. It should be a simple print in ABS, ASA, PC Blend, nylon CF, or really whatever can withstand the heat in the chamber.

Installation is very straightforward. Just add two M3 brass inserts as shown (probably left over from your V0.1 build). Then remove the two M3x6 screws holding the stepper and strain relief; line up the mount; and screw it in place with two M3x16 screws (probably also left over from the build). You can then use the M3x6 screws you just removed to screw the ADXL345 into the mount.

I ended up just keeping the ADXL345 permanently mounted on the extruder (and routed the wiring through the sleeve), since the rear mount keeps it out of the way. However, you can also remove it if after you're done calibrating.
