The rabies tag makes a lot of noise when the dog shakes. And the edges get pretty beat up over time too. I made this to muffle the noise and protect the tag, especially now that you can get 3 year tags in some locations.
Remove the tag from the “S” hook and put the bumper around it. Then reattach it.
