Description
This is a modular 1U 19” rack mount system designed to house up to four Raspberry Pi boards (Models 1, 2, 3, and 5). Ideal for home labs, homelab servers, or IoT setups in network cabinets.
Supports Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3, and 5 (tested with 3 & 5)
Designed with enough clearance to support HAT+ modules
Fits perfectly into a 1U (44.45 mm) rack space
Modular design: install 1 to 4 Raspberry Pis
Front access to USB and Ethernet ports
Clean look when installed – all ports aligned and accessible
The modules are screwed into the 1U front panel (mounting holes provided) (2xM3 x 10mm)
Each Raspberry Pi is held in place via press-fit – no screws required for the boards themselves
The press-fit is snug and allows for quick installation/removal of Pis
The full rack holds up to four of these modules side-by-side
Filament: PETG or ABS recommended (especially for warmer environments)
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Supports: Not required but recommended for "19" Server Rack Slots Half" model
Infill: 15–25% is sufficient

Add labels or color-coded inserts for each Pi
Route power and data cables through rear openings for clean cable management
Consider adding passive cooling (heatsinks) if used in closed enclosures
