Follow the official instalation instructions, except pull out the cables from the throttle body. There should be 2-2.5cm slack inside the throttle. It requires some force, so just go slowly untill you feel it doesn't move anymore. If you plan on using 30mm+ open the throttle and ensure the cables aren't putting any stress on the connectors. Also measure the cable slack in the IDLE position before printing to avoid suprises.
The 30mm variant fits almost too precisely, there's some very light tension on the left cable when the throttle is fully closed. I recommend printing the 25mm version just to be safe that the cable doesn't break over time.
^EDIT: After dissasembling the throttle i found out there's 15mm more of cable hidden inside the throttle that i can pull out without putting any stress on the connectors. YMMV
The Magnetic Detents extenders do not support the idle detent.
For the Magnetic Detents extenders you'll need:
2x M4x10-15 screws
2x M4 nuts
10x 10x2 magnets
For the regular ones i recommend using double sided tape.
