Generic Aluminium EDC Capsule Data/Yubikey Vault

Description

After looking for a way to keep some flash drives and other USB keys as safe as possible, I found some generic aluminum EDC capsules online that fit the bill; however, the loose drives were rattling too much when simply dropped into the capsule. This little caddy will help minimize rattle and keep your sensitive data as safe as possible!  While this can accommodate two standard USB-C drives (or one USB-A with an adaptor and a Yubikey) I can tweak the model should anyone need to fit specific requirements.

Printing

- Printed with PET-G; however, any material should work fine!
- Parameters
   - 0.4mm nozzle
   - 0.2mm layers
   - 3 Perimeters
   - 25-30% Gyroid infill
   - No Supports or brim needed!
