Allen and Heath Avantis Tablet Bracket Extender

A small extender for the A&H Tablet Bracket for the Avantis.  I found that the bracket was OK for holding a tablet, but not as good at holding a script or notes, etc.  This extender slides over the top of the bracket to increase the surface area and support a binder/book/etc.

The dog ears are a little tricky with the overhang, but I had success printing with thin trees and prying out the supports.
