Description
For me it's easier to resource 624 type bearings as I have them on stock. Additionally I prefer to have a more defined position of the bearing and a washer between the bearing and the door body, to enable free spin.
since M4 is used, a flat headed screw is necessary to make it fit in the buffer area. Additionally it is necessary to drill the mounting hole in the door body to 3,3-3,5 mm.
Needed (for each):
Be sure to push in the bearing deep enough. It should be as far in as the picture shows, use the bottom chamfer as orientation, then add a standard M4 washer.
If you need to modify it for a different type of bearing or if the fitting is to tight, the step file is provided as well for modification.
