2024 Fox Float Volume Spacers

Volume spacers for 2024 Fox Float shock (https://ridefox.com/products/fox-float-performance?variant=45782556836064) used to reduce positive air chamber to prevent shock bottom-out on bigger hits. The Fox Float series of shock is the baby brother to Fox's piggy back Float X and is more of a trail/XC oriented shock. These fit my EVOL LV eyelet (non-trunion) 190x45 Float shock. Not sure if they will fit the trunion version or other years/sizes/variants of Fox Float shocks.

I printed mine in PLA at 100% infill as these are exposed to very high and variable pressures within the shock and cannot have interior voids that could leak to the outside. Other makers have used increased wall loops or higher infills than the defaults with success.

When installing volume spacers, make sure they click in all the way and are seated as far in as possible to ensure the bottom-out washer and bumper doesn't come into contact with it. This is most important for the largest spacer.

Use at your own risk as improperly sized or incorrectly installed volume spacers WILL damage your shock and COULD case serious injury.
