Description
This is a model of the main window gear, or driver's window, for the Mazda 626 from 1998-2004. It was printed in PETG as a test, and it works, but it doesn't last long. Nylon resists it more and lasts longer. However, the main problem is wear on the window glass sliding mechanism. Greater wear increases resistance, and the gear lasts less.
I'm sharing a CAD file with the model from the original dimensions to the actual one, and the one adjusted for printing.
