Gridfinity Bin for Kraftform hex driver set

This Gridfinity bin is for the Wera Kraftform Micro 2052/6 hex screwdriver set. 

The driver sizes are debossed into the bin bottom.  You can print it in a single color or, with a multi-color printer, print the labels in a contrasting color.  There is also a version with no labels which would work for any six Kraftform Micro drivers.

These bins follow good Gridfinity practice – they're stackable, empty or full.  They have magnet and screw holes on the bottom.  The magnet holes are layered for printability.  The part inserts have chamfered edges for easy insertion.

Files

I've included STL files of the two variants: labels and no labels;  I've included a .3MF file of the labeled version that has the labels printed with a different filament.  The .3MF file is for PrusaSlicer.  I don't know how well it will work in a different slicer, sorry.

I modeled this in Autodesk Fusion 360.  I've included the CAD file in f3d and STEP formats for easy remixing.

Printing Instructions

Use 0.2mm layer height.

There is one tricky part to printing this well.  PrusaSlicer's default bridging angle is 0°.  This creates long bridges and triggers a warning.  The correction is to add a layer height modifier to the object, set the modified layers to 4mm through 6mm, then set the bridging angle to 45° within those layers.  Look at the .3MF file to see how it's done.  It's kind of a pain.  The alternative is to allow the bridges to sag—the bin still works but it looks ugly on the bottom.
