Gridfinity Bins with Lids (parametric remix) - script fix

I needed to create different sizes for girdfinity bins than available, but I got some error messages. I also saw that someone else was also facing similar issues. So I took the time to debug the script and uploaded the fixed script here.

I also added the option to call the OpenSCAD script via commandline to make generation of bins and lids automatable. Using this, I generated a few models using an automation script. If you have troubles generating yourself leave me a note and I'll try to help.

Print settings:

- Material: PLA
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer: 0.2mm
- Profile: 0.2mm speed
- Supports: no
