Super Deluxe Paracord Melting (Whipping) Form - Melt neat and clean ends on paracord

This model allows you to “whip” paracord using a flame to a fine point that will pass through nearly any hole where the paracord fits. It supports a variety of “550” paracord thicknesses from about 3.0mm to about 3.4mm. Handles all of the domestic and imported paracord I own.

Use two M3 screws (6-10mm long) to assemble the hinge. The two side should close tightly, use the tabs to open. Can be used without hinge assembly.

Whipping Instructions

• Start with a fresh cut end, already melted ends don't work as well because they often get stuck if not thoroughly remelted.
• Lay paracord across form in the groove that fits best, the fresh cut end should stick out the wide end of the groove. 
   

• Close the form
   

• Melt the fresh cut end of the paracord,I like to melt untilthe inner and outer layers melt together.
   

• Pull the cord SLOWLY through the form while holding the form firmly shut with the other hand.
   

• Enjoy, sometimes there is a whisp if plastic coming off the tip, trim with side cutters.
