Description
This vacuum nozzle replaces the bulky dust boot that comes with the Techno CNC HD II series flatbed routers. It uses eight 12mm dia. x 3mm thick neodymium magnets to hold it clipped to the end of the spindle. It allows you to easily see your work as you remove material, and it unclips easily for hand-held cleanup chores.

Notes:
You will need to turn on supports, but set a fairly steep overhang angle. You need supports underneath the gripping fingers, but you don't want any supports underneath, or worse yet, inside the nozzle.
After printing, superglue your eight 12mm dia. magnets in place and then clamp the existing vacuum hose on the round end of the nozzle.License:
