Improved airless ping pong paddle / table tennis racket

Remixed version of @engineericly design. This version includes:

1. Redesigned handle

   1. Handle modified and has special slots to guide paddle

   2. Handle modified to have finger slots for better grip

   3. Handle modified to have less tight tolerance to avoid breaking paddle

2. Paddle is saved as .3mf with included 0 layers top & bottom layers and 2 color switches

Therefore, you can print it without AMS in 3 different colors.

Printing instructions:

1. Print handle in any suitable color

2. Import .3mf file of the paddle to your slicer

3. Open it “as project”

• Now, you can immediately slice it and print or you can change:

  1. Infill from honeycomb to any other - it impacts the shape of internal airless infill of the paddle

  2. Change infill density to make airless infill bigger/smaller

  3. Tweak supports

  4. Remove generic box (box makes the base of the paddle include top&bottom layer, you can remove it to make paddle base “airless” as well)

  5. Remove color change layers if you want to print in single color

I recommend printing in default 0.2 mm height with PETG both parts.
