Layer height: 0.1–0.2 mm

Infill: ≥50%

Supports: Not required

Recommended materials: PETG, ABS, ASA → PLA works but may wear faster

Tolerance tip: You can scale by ±1% if the fit is too tight or too loose.

These parts are intended for functional testing and for tuning your printer to produce precise threads.
Not intended for high-load or permanent fastening.

For the best results, use a fine layer height (0.1–0.15 mm) and ensure your printer is well-calibrated.
