40 series profile pivot

Needed a pivot for my racing simulator rig…I wanted to add a shelf, but needed it to be movable….making it easier to get in and out of rig

I printed it with 40% infill and with 4 walls, perimeters, tops, and floors

There is also a pin you can print and insert into the bottom of pivot to keep it from turning on the profile( you may need to print pin at 99%)

M8x20 cap head bolt for mounting to profile

M5x55 cap head bolt for the pivot attachment

M5 hex nut(pressed into bottom of pivot)

Slot between ears/lugs is 20mm wide

object swinging inside slot should be just under 20mm radius
