After looking for an Orange Pi 3 LTS case I stumbled upon the model I remixed. My first print went just fine but I noticed two aspects that could be improved upon:
the top case has two separate elements that connect to the main body after few layers, which could come loose if bed adhesion isn't good enough
the bottom case bulged out when I inserted my orangepi, and after inspection I discovered that the case has 3.5mm fillets in the corners whereas my board had 2mm fillets. The board would scrape the corners of the case and I wouldn't be able to make it sit properly
For this reason I updated the original model in two ways:
unified the first layer of the top case into a single piece, removing possible issues with detached pieces
added pockets with smaller fillets at the internal base of the bottom case which then smoothly connect to the existing ones, creating enough space for every board. I noticed that the orangepi is still well secured by the two case pieces mating, so screws shouldn't be necessary if you don't want to use additional hardware (same for the fan mount, helds just fine to the plastic posts)
